She has worked in the pastry world for over a decade from fine dining restaurants to cafés, and running a wholesale business supplying thousands of vegan croissants all over the UK. She even spent a year working at a luxury hotel in St. Barts baking delicious pastries for Hollywood celebs.
She has been nominated for numerous awards and appeared in The Times, Stylist, Metro, and many more publications with her vegan baking. Clarisse now focuses on spreading the word on plant-based baking and making her recipes accessible to as wide an audience as possible.
